Fixing vulnerability. Also preparing for a new release 0.15.5 so that vulnerabilities in repos using this repo can be solved
Also adding some text in README on how to update dependencies and also how to create a release.
It is expected that CI "project creation" will fail as they reference 0.15.5 that does not yet exist, but I see no better way to update them as we want the release version 0.15.5 to reference 0.15.5
